The shoes arrived but they were the wrong size. I sent them back - nice of you to include a return label in the package - and I had to wrangle with your customer services to get a refund of the £4 difference between "next-day delivery" and nearly-a-week-later when you actually manage

Very fast and efficient and great that thy take the tax off for BFPO.

Boots are just great. Problem with sizes. Normally a size 11, did not fit, sent for a size 12 fitted......never worn a size 12 before. Then had to start sending back the size 11 and it started to cost me money, postage! Moral of the storey never buy shoes on the internet.
