Our Head Office is based in South West London and is home to our central functions including design, buying, merchandising, marketing, finance and IT.  We are looking for enthusiastic self starters with the drive and ambition to support our stores across these functions and are currently recruiting into the following roles:
 
Systems Manager: Ref: HO3
We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Manager to join and lead our IT team.  The IT environment covers a wide range of technologies and disciplines and is currently being transformed in order to ensure our systems are in line with the continued expansion and anticipated future growth of the business.  Reporting into the IT & Logistics Manager`, this role will be responsible for driving enhanced systems performance and for selecting and project managing the implementation of new systems. 
 
This position requires a candidate that has extensive experience of developing and implementing strategic plans, providing a high level of service to internal customers and that can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering systems improvements, to budget and specification.  You will need to be highly organised with a can do attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving.  Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential in order to manage a demanding work load, as is the confidence to work independently on projects as well as within a small team.
 
Allocator: Ref: HO5
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Allocator to join our busy Merchandising team.  The main aim of the role will be to assist the Merchandisers in maintaining optimum stock levels in our retail stores, by allocating and managing stock levels to plan and by undertaking relevant sales, stock and trend analysis.  This role is integral to ensuring the department meets the commercial and retail needs of the business and maximises sales and profitability through our stock allocation.
 
The successful candidate will need to possess strong numerical skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  Previous work experience in a similar role is necessary as well as a keen interest in product, trends and market activity. 

Garment Technologist: HO6
We are currently recruiting for a Garment Technologist to work closely with our Design, Buying, Merchandising and Logistics teams, and external suppliers, to develop garments through all stages of production.  The role will involve working on multi products, including accessories, concentrating on fit and size specifications.
 
A good understanding of pattern cutting, garment construction and manufacturing techniques is essential as is prior experience of working with suppliers and factories.  Prior knowledge of working to a critical path and managing product lifecycles of similar categories is a must.  This position requires a candidate who can demonstrate strong numerical skills, a high degree of accuracy and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.  You will need to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.  Excellent organisation, communication and problem solving skills are also essential in order to manage a demanding work load, as is the confidence to work independently on projects as well as within a small team. 

Assistant Merchandiser: HO7
We are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join our merchandising team.  The key objective of this newly created role will be to manage the wholesale, international, sub-prime and outlet channels to maximise profit and cash sales through efficient and timely stock management, under the guidance of the Merchandiser. 

This position requires a candidate who can demonstrate strong numerical skills, a high degree of accuracy and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  Prior knowledge of working to a critical path and managing product lifecycles of similar categories is a must.  Excellent organisation, communication and problem solving skills are essential in order to manage a demanding work load, as is the confidence to work independently on projects as well as within a small team.  You will also need to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
