Marine Dress

This experience in particular was poor. I returned an expensive item which was destroyed when hand washed. Crew claimed item had gone missing and never showed at their warehouse. Weeks later it miracolously appeared. This has made me nervous about buying online again, also sizing has been unpredicta

This was an exchange for the same dress in size 8 which was too small - this one is slightly too big. Hem is also a bit weird. Good quality fabric and will keep the item.

The dress was considerably larger than a standard size 14 so have returned the item to the store

Service good. The only frustration had was loosing a discount code on a catalogue and when I called to find out what it was I was told there was nothing I could do to find it out.

Thin material and too heavy a trim - just didn''t look right on. Although hung nicely.
