'Hassle Free' Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges
At Crew Clothing, we aim to deliver an excellent level of service and we are therefore happy to receive goods back and perform exchanges or refunds, 'hassle free'.

If for whatever reason you wish to return your Crew Clothing goods, please return them to us within 1 month. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with tags attached.

Please complete the form on the reverse of your dispatch note, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. This information will help us deal with your return quickly and also help us to improve the quality of our products in the future.  

Please then reseal the item in its original packaging and return your parcel to us using the attached address label on the front of the dispatch form. We advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and to keep the proof of postage. We advise that returns are sent at your own expense. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and will be processed within 5 days. We will email you on the day the refund is processed.

Please note that our sale items have a seven day return policy. This is to enable us to process the return item and put it back into sale online before the sale ends.

Please note for your convenience purchases made via our website and telephone may also be returned and refunded in any of our stores. Exchanges can also be made at any of our listed stores or by returning the items to us as described above.

*Use the returns address label provided on the front of your dispatch summary when returning your package as this will ensure that you receive confirmation that we have received your return


Please note:
-  If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.
-  If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
-  Replacement items will be sent to you free of Delivery charges.
-  Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.
