To check the status of your order, simply go to My Account and select Order History. The orders will be displayed in order and to view the full order, simply click on the order number.
• Order Accepted - means we have received your order, but it hasn't been processed yet.
• Preparing to dispatch - means the order is in the Fulfilment Centre being processed.
• Dispatched - means your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming this.
You are also able to track your order through to the couriers, simply by clicking on the package number for the relevant order. You will then automatically be transferred to the couriers website to track exactly where the order is.
