Terms & Conditions

Placing an Order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact our Customer Services team before placing an order with us either by telephone on  0845 130 6250, by email at customerservices@crewclothing.co.uk or by post using the address given below.

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Crew Clothing Co to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All prices include sales tax. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please refer to the Delivery information.

Your credit/debit card will be authorized when your order is placed and processed. We will not charge your credit card until the point of dispatch of the goods; therefore no contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Crew Clothing Co until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.

When an item is currently out of stock, but we have been able to order in further stock of the particular item, you will have the option to place the order for this product. Once added to your Shopping Bag, you will see the Delivery Date for when this product is expected to arrive & when we will therefore be able to dispatch it to you.

In rare occasions, the availability of a product may be misrepresented on the website. When we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and where possible, we will attempt to locate any stock for such orders from our stores. You will be notified of this by email and the additional items, if sourced, will be sent to you at no additional cost. If, however, we are unable to locate your item, we will offer you an alternative.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 2 working days. Please however allow 5 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of the reason for delay, along with a proposed delivery date.

Conformity of Goods
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification of our products shown on the website and in our catalogues are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 2 working days. Please however allow 5 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time, we will inform you for the reason for the delay, along with a proposed delivery date.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo and American Express. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) area (other than the Channel Islands, see below) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Channel Islands orders are treated as being part of the EU and no reduction in price is made as (i) geographically and operationally they are part of the British Isles, and (ii) they are a Crown dependency.

Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 1 month of receipt. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please complete the form on the reverse of your despatch note, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

Please then reseal the item in its original packaging and return your parcel to us using the attached address label on the front of the despatch form. We advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and to keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We advise that returns are sent at your own expense. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 5 days to process.

Please note for your convenience purchases made via our website and telephone may also be returned and refunded in any of our stores. Exchanges can also be made at any of our listed stores or by returning the items to us as described above.

Crew Clothing Co does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Crew Clothing Co nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Crew Clothing co or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Crew Clothing Co and any other associated company of Crew Clothing Co as if references to Crew Clothing Co included references to each such associated company.

While Crew Clothing Co uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Crew Clothing Co will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

While Crew Clothing Co takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

Further, Crew Clothing Co will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. Crew Clothing Co does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Crew Clothing Co.

The entire liability of Crew Clothing Co under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
Crew Clothing Co will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Crew Clothing co may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of Crew Clothing co.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
