Digby Straight Leg Denim

The jeans, although a lovely cut and good quality fabric, were poorly finished. Threads were hanging from stitch detail and the top button hole on the fly was almost too tight to fit the button through. Bit disappointing for Crew as they''re not cheap.

The holes for the fly buttons are excessively tight and make it very hard to do up or undo.

These jeans are perfect - super quality and fit.

Refused to refund VAT despite the fact that I live in the Channel Islands and not liable to pay it. Crew used to not charge VAT at source, then for some reason their system changed but they were happy to refund manually, now they can''t be bothered. This is poor customer service, many other online

Generally Crew are good but on this occasion very disappointing. 2 reasons:
1.I had an e-mail flyer offering a 20% discount but it was impossible to take advantage as no proper link or discount code given. I had to buy with 15% discount code I had received through post which meant paying 5% m

Not excellent because i have another pair of these which has a different striped pocket lining which is a really nice touch. My new pair dont, and it just feels like a cost cutting excercise as the lining is now very dull. Come on crew, dont be driven by accountants!

The quality of Crew Clothes are excellent. Add to that your mail order service its second to mone.
