HAMPTON COURT PALACE FESTIVAL
12th - 20th June 2018
A festival fit for kings (no wellies required). Join musical greats including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Tom Jones and Lionel Richie for this annual open-air spectacular. Make sure you’re there early to enjoy a balmy picnic in the gardens or snap up a waterside gazebo to add a touch of splendour to your night. With the concerts taking place in the historic Tudor courtyard, this promises to be a night to remember.
15th - 17th June 2018
Come and be part of a great British adventure. This family orientated festival in the Peak District is a heartfelt celebration of vintage cycling. Saddle up on Sunday for the highpoint – a glorious ride of either 30, 60 or 100 miles. Of course, there’s plenty of other options such as exploring the many well-stocked bars, sundown cinema, kid’s adventure club and live music. The coveted titles of best dressed dog and best moustache are also up for grabs. A true visual treat.
TASTE OF LONDON
13th - 17th June 2018
A celebration of all things gastronomy, Taste is the highlight of every foodie’s calendar. London’s most exciting restaurants will be in attendance, serving up bitesize portions of their signature dishes. Indulge in a spot of gourmet shopping or cook up a storm in an interactive masterclass. Our advice? Arrive hungry.
We firmly believe that World Gin Day must not go uncelebrated. Luckily our friends at Salcombe Gin were on hand to furnish us with the St. Clair. Named after one of the famous Salcombe fruit Schooners, the St. Clair showcases the fresh red grapefruit, lime and lemon peels used during the distillation process, paired with the classic St. Germain elderflower liqueur. We’ll take three.
