"Surprisingly Small"

I am a 46 inch chest, 38 inch waist chap who has bought many shirts from Crew before, one or two of which were a little borderline on size. However, when I bought this shirt in a classic fit, I was completely convinced that wouldn't be an issue. To find that it was, surprised me a bit. I was quite disappointed as the shirt was really nice. Can't understand how a looser fit can be a poor fit in the size I normally order. A shame.

"Classic Fit (m)"

Have been buying Crew Classic Fit (M) for as long as I can remember. I have returned the last three as they are no longer true to size. They all came up small. I even sent photos of the new shirt laid out over one from my wardrobe to show the size difference. The response from Customer Service was less than inspiring merely saying it would be referred to the Product Team. No checking existing stock or feedback.

"Lovely Comfy Shirt But…."

I’m 6-1 and usually wear XL clothes. Bought this in XXL just to make sure.
No where near big enough. Loved it - but go at least one size bigger.
