Makes 8. Preparation time: 2 hours. Cooking time: 10 minutes.
The humble Scotch egg has been a British favourite for hundreds of years. That being said, this creation borne out of Duck and Waffle is far from modest. Delicious hot or cold, it’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser. Top chef, Dan Doherty does his with kedgeree, a wonderful dish brought back from India. He recommends it with a hoppy IPA for some hearty evening indulgence.
