Orange. The undisputed colour of autumn. Our friends at Salcombe Gin have teamed up with world renowned chef Mark Hix MBE to create the “Scallywag”, a cocktail showcasing their exceptional new gin “Mischief.” We sense a theme here. Marrying the classic flavours of fresh orange, fennel flowers, and samphire with a hint of cardamom and pastis, this is a tipple inspired by the South West Coastline.
