"Very Cheaply Made Leaky Piece Of Junk"

I bought this mug at the Queen's Club at the ATP tennis tournament. I had visions of taking it to my tennis club in the mornings. I kind of felt it was cheaply made with a lousy top when I first picked it up but in the rush at the tournament I bought it anyway. It leaks. It has a terrible lid closing. If anyone at Crew Clothing had tried to take a coffee anywhere with a sample of this product before launching it they would have realised it was junk. Absolute waste of money and materials. I wish I could get my money back. Can buy a much better one for at least £8 less from Bodum.

"Useless. Not Even Worth One Star."

I thought the price was too good to be true….and it was. Leaks like a sieve. Waste of money. Won’t ever use it. Very disappointed. Did anyone actually pay the original price of £20?
