DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Due to our warehouse relocation, orders may experience slightly longer delivery times and returns may take longer than usual to process. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during this period.

Once your order is ready, we’ll send an email confirming all the details of your delivery including carrier and tracking information – and we won’t charge your credit or debit card until this is done.


UK Delivery Options:

Standard delivery (Free on all orders - UK mainland orders only) 
Your order should be with you within 5-7 working days. During Sale orders may take longer to arrive. Thank you in advance for your patience with this.


Duties & Taxes:

All orders shipped from the UK to Canada include duties and taxes, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
 
If you choose to return your order, Canadian customers are eligible for a full refund of duties and taxes

Gift Cards 

  • These can be bought instore or delivered for free.
  • Standard UK Delivery only via Royal Mail tracked : 2 - 5 working days (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays)
