Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your purchase within 28 days or 14 days if you've purchased a sale item, as long as it’s in its original condition with tags attached, and you have your proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition that allows us to resell them.
 
A few things can’t be returned unless faulty or not as described:

• Personalised items
• Underwear and boxer shorts
• Socks that have been tried on
• Swimwear where the hygiene strip is missing or broken
 
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

ROYAL MAIL COLLECTION Please note a printer is required to use this service Complete the returns form on your Despatch Note and enclose within the parcel Start your return by entering your order number and email address and follow the steps to select item(s) and chose your return reason Continue to next page and opt for a printable label (QR codes cannot be used for home collection).  After selecting this option, you will be shown nearby Post Office locations. Select any Royal Mail option to generate your returns label. You do not need to visit the Post Office, this is just part of the process to create your label. Once your label has been created, go to https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems Enter your tracking number ending in GB into the relevant box. Follow the remaining steps to arrange a convenient collection date from your home address. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving them, although this may take a little longer during particularly busy sale periods.
