WAYS TO RETURN

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your purchase within 28 days or 14 days if you've purchased a sale item, as long as it’s in its original condition with tags attached, and you have your proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition that allows us to resell them.
 
A few things can’t be returned unless faulty or not as described:

• Personalised items
• Underwear and boxer shorts
• Socks that have been tried on
• Swimwear where the hygiene strip is missing or broken
 
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

STORE RETURNS

  • No printer required, simply take proof of purchase for a refund or exchange
  • Your return or exchange will be processed immediately to the card you paid with
  • You will receive your refund in your bank 3-5 days after the refund is processed.
  • Please note, we are unable to accept returns purchased from concession stores, including Hoopers Department Stores.

  • Return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,500 locations
  • Complete the returns form on your Despatch Note and enclose within the parcel
  • Print a label or obtain your paperless return QR code by clicking the adjacent link and following the online instructions
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving them, although this may take a little longer during particularly busy sale periods.

  • Once the return has been created, visit Royal Mail and follow the online instructions to book your collection time slot
