  • Items bought between 15th October 2020 and 28th February 2021 can be returned by 31st May 2021 for a refund or exchange with the original receipt
  • Anything bought from 1st March 2021 can be returned within 3 months for a refund or exchange with the original receipt
  • All orders will now include a free pre-paid returns label for any unwanted items

  • Attach the pre-printed Royal Mail label from your Despatch Note and take to a Post Office. Please ensure you obtain proof of purchase. 
Complete the returns form on your Despatch Note and enclose within the parcel
  • Your return will be processed within 10 working days of receipt

  • Attach the pre-printed Royal Mail label from your Despatch Note and take to a Post Office. Please ensure you obtain proof of purchase. 
Complete the returns form on your Despatch Note and enclose within the parcel
  • Visit royalmail.com/collection and select ‘Book Collection’. Follow the online instructions
    • Your return will be processed within 7 working days of receipt

  • Return through DPD's store network of over 6,000 Pickup Shops
  • Complete the returns form on your Despatch Note and enclose within the parcel
  • Print a label by clicking the link and following the instructions  
  • Open 7 days a week, early until late
  • Your return will be processed within 7 working days of receipt

The small print
  • Unfortunately we're unable to reimburse the cost of any return postage paid directly or for any returns sent before free returns were offered.
  • Unless faulty, we are unable to accept the return of underwear.                                                    
  • Swimwear is only returnable if unworn, with the hygiene strip and original labels in place.                        
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.                                                                            
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.                                                                    
  • Where payment has been made via PayPal,If the new item you would like is of greater value, a new order will be required.                                                                                                          
  • Replacement items will be sent free of additional delivery charges.                                                                                                        
  • If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a multi-buy offer, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer. Alternatively the balance refunded will take into account the undiscounted price of the retained item/s.                                                             
  • In cases where Crew Clothing items have been purchased elsewhere, from a Department Store or independent stockist, we are unable to issue a refund/exchange.                                                                                                                        
  • If you’ve lost your receipt or despatch note, we can exchange items at the current selling price only.
