COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Crew Clothing Company – HSBC Championships Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is promoted by Crew Clothing Company of The Drapery, Kingston Hall Road, Kingston Upon Thames, England, KT1 2BQ (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition, and members of their immediate families or households.
3. Entry Requirements
No purchase is necessary to enter.
To enter, participants must visit the competition page at crewclothing.co.uk/sportcompetition and submit the required details, including first name, last name, and email address.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Competition Period
The competition will run from Wednesday 20th May to Wednesday 3rd June 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
5. The Prize
There is one prize consisting of:
- Two (2) tickets to the ATP HSBC Championships Final scheduled for Sunday 21 June 2026; and
- One £250 Crew Clothing Company gift card.
Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses are not included.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.
The winner will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Tickets:
- Must be used on the specified date of Sunday 21 June 2026.
- Cannot be exchanged for an alternative date, event, or cash equivalent unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter at its sole discretion.
- Must not be resold, transferred for value, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose. Any such action will render the tickets void and the prize forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize as awarded, they will forfeit all rights to the prize.
8. Event Changes
The Promoter is not responsible for any changes, postponements, or cancellations relating to the event. In such circumstances, no cash alternative or compensation will be provided, although the Promoter may, at its discretion, offer a suitable alternative.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
10. Third Party Terms
The prize experience is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser and/or ticket provider. The winner agrees to comply with such terms.
11. Publicity
The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
12. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these terms at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these terms will be disqualified.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or corrupted entries.
- The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

To enter, participants must visit the relevant social media post and submit their score prediction within the comment section of the post.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Competition Period
The competition will run from Friday 15th May until Saturday 16th May 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
The Prize
There is one prize consisting of:
- A Signed Red Roses Rugby Shirt
- A Signed Red Roses Rugby Ball
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected from all valid entries after the closing date. If multiple correct predictions occur, the winner will be drawn at random via a computer results generator from all valid entries after the closing date.
The winner will be notified via direct message and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize Conditions

This contest is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Travel and day expenses are not included in the promotion.
There is no purchase requirement to enter the contest.

The contest gives one participant the chance to win two tickets to the Stewards’ Enclosure for Finals Day at Henley Royal Regatta 2026, plus £500 of Crew Clothing products for you and your guest.
The dates of the matches/events will be as follows:
- Two tickets to the Stewards’ Enclosure for Finals Day at Henley Royal Regatta – Sunday 5th July, 2026
The £500 of Crew Clothing product will be based on the retail price of chosen products at the time of choosing them. No gift cards or cash will be given as an alternative prize and products must be chosen online and communicated to the Crew employee who notifies the winner. Should a product be out of stock, an alternative item, or the same value can be chosen by the winner.
The date and time of the above events may be subject to change. Should these dates change or event be postponed, Crew Clothing will have the right to choose an alternative date for the winner to attend.
