Never Turned Up
I ordered these on a Monday because I urgently needed them for a party on the following weekend. I paid £5.95 for express delivery to be sure they would turn up in time. They never arrived, I had to call Crew Clothing just for them to tell me they were lost in transit, no call in advance so I could buy an alternative. Awful

Probably My Fault As I Went Into Mens But Got Boys
tried to order online but it kept telling me my telephone number was incorrect after half an hour I rang in and was told I could not have the click and collect you advertised so would have to pay for delivery and that was why it refused my telephone number. Result retuned goods to local store and out of pocket for delivery charge.
