I’ve placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email? If you cannot see this in your inbox, please check your junk folder for the email address used, just in case it has been filed there in error.
I have sent a return but don’t know if you have received it yet? Once return parcels have reached us, we will process your refund/exchange within 7 working days. Once processed, we will send an email to let you know. Please allow a few working days for your parcel to reach us, then a further 7 working days for it to be processed.
When will my order be delivered? For standard delivery, we aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days and once your order is despatched we’ll send an email with your tracking details. The day after despatch, you’ll be able to use the reference number to track your parcel’s progress until it arrives (please allow 7 working days from the order date).
Next day orders placed before 5:30pm on a weekday will be delivered on the next working day (not bank holidays).
When will the Facemasks be back into stock? Our Facemasks have been selling quickly, but we’ll be receiving more stock throughout August and September, so keep an eye on the website for more stock arriving in various colours.
