Extended Returns
 

Given we've had to temporarily close some of our stores in line with government guidance, we're giving you a little longer to return any unwanted purchases. All items purchased since October 15th 2020 can be returned by 31st March 2021 for a refund or exchange, with the original receipt (including sale items)

 

Waiting for a refund from your recent return?
Due to carriers being very busy it can take up to 5 days for your return to reach our warehouse. But we are working as quickly as possible to process your refund once we receive it. Please only contact us if you have not received a refund after 12 days of sending us your items. Thank you in advance for your patience.


Purchased an item in store that you’d like to return?
Rest assured, we have extended our policy as above and will accept returns in store once it is safe for us to reopen. If you’d like to return your item sooner, we’ve now introduced a collection service, available to book online for £2.50:


- Select 'Start a Return' from the collection option below
- Under Order Number please enter your surname and postcode i.e. 'SMITHSE18PZ' and complete the rest of the collection information
- You will then need to package your items and enclose both your receipt and contact information. We will then be in touch within 7 days of the item arriving back at our warehouse.
 
Please note this option does require a printer in order to print the collection label. If you don’t have access to a printer and would like to return your store-bought item by post, please return via your local post office to our Returns address below, or contact our Customer Service team for support.

ROYAL MAIL

  • Attach the pre-printed Royal Mail label from your Despatch Note and take to a Post Office and obtain proof or purchase. If pre-printed label is missing please return to: Crew Clothing Returns, Torque Logistics, Martland Park, Challenge Way, Wigan, WN5 0LD  
  • Complete the returns form on your Despatch Note and enclose within the parcel
  • Your return will be processed within 7 working days of receipt

DHL COLLECTION

  • Return collected from your home Monday to Saturday           
  • Complete the returns form on your Despatch Note and enclose within the parcel
  • Print a label by clicking the link and following instructions
  • Your return will be processed within 7 working days of receipt

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Unless faulty, we are unable to accept the return of  underwear.                                                    
  • Swimwear is only returnable if unworn, with the hygiene strip and original labels in place.                        
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.                                                                            
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.                                                                    
  • Where payment has been made via PayPal,If the new item you would like is of greater value, a new order will be required.                                                                                                          
  • Replacement items will be sent free of additional delivery charges.                                                                                                        
  • If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a multi-buy offer, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer. Alternatively the balance refunded will take into account the undiscounted price of the retained item/s.                                                             
  • In cases where Crew Clothing items have been purchased elsewhere, from a Department Store or independent stockist, we are unable to issue a refund/exchange.                                                                                                                        
  • If you’ve lost your receipt or despatch note, we can exchange items at the current selling price only.
