EASIER RETURNS
 

Whilst stores are closed we want to make it easy as possible to shop with us:

  • Items bought between 15th October 2020 and 28th February 2021 can be returned by 31st May 2021 for a refund or exchange with the orginal receipt
  • Anything bought from 1st March 2021 can be returned within 3 months for a refund or exchange with the original receipt
  • All orders will now include a free pre-paid returns label for any unwanted items
  • If you don't have a pre-paid label then our customer services team will be happy to send you one. Please contact them at [email protected] (please note, whilst our stores are closed we're seeing more customers than usual get in touch. We're working hard to reply to everyone as quickly as we can but it may take a few days so please kindly bear with us and thank you for your patience)

ROYAL MAIL

  • Attach the pre-printed Royal Mail label from your Despatch Note and take to a Post Office. Please ensure you obtain proof of purchase. If you do not have a pre-paid returns label then our customer services team can send you one or you may return (at your own expense) to: Crew Clothing Returns, Torque Logistics, Martland Park, Challenge Way, Wigan, WN5 0LD  
  • Complete the returns form on your Despatch Note and enclose within the parcel
  • Your return will be processed within 10 working days of receipt

  • Return through your local Hermes Parcel Shop in over 4,500 locations
  • Complete the returns form on your Despatch Note and enclose within the parcel

Waiting for a refund from your recent return?
Due to carriers being very busy it can take up to 5 days for your return to reach our warehouse. But we are working as quickly as possible to process your refund once we receive it. Please only contact us if you have not received a refund after 18 days of sending us your items. Thank you in advance for your patience.



Purchased an item in store that you’d like to return?
Rest assured, we have extended our policy as above and will accept returns in store once it is safe for us to reopen. If you’d like to return your item sooner, you can either request a free returns label from our Customer Service team or you can use can use our collection service, available to book online for £1.00:

  • Select 'Start a Return' from the collection option above
  • Under Order Number please enter your surname and postcode i.e. 'SMITHSE18PZ' and complete the rest of the collection information
  • Print a label when instructed
  • You will then need to package your items and enclose both your receipt and contact information. Please ensure your phone number and email address are stated clearly and enclosed within the parcel so that we can contact you to process your refund. We will then be in touch within 7 days of the item arriving back at our warehouse.


The small print
  • Unfortunately we're unable to reimburse the cost of any return postage paid directly or for any returns sent before free returns were offered.
  • Unless faulty, we are unable to accept the return of underwear.                                                    
  • Swimwear is only returnable if unworn, with the hygiene strip and original labels in place.                        
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.                                                                            
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.                                                                    
  • Where payment has been made via PayPal,If the new item you would like is of greater value, a new order will be required.                                                                                                          
  • Replacement items will be sent free of additional delivery charges.                                                                                                        
  • If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a multi-buy offer, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer. Alternatively the balance refunded will take into account the undiscounted price of the retained item/s.                                                             
  • In cases where Crew Clothing items have been purchased elsewhere, from a Department Store or independent stockist, we are unable to issue a refund/exchange.                                                                                                                        
  • If you’ve lost your receipt or despatch note, we can exchange items at the current selling price only.
