  • We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we're giving you 3 months to decide whether you'd like to keep it. If within that time you decide it's not right for you then simply return it to us with the original receipt to receive a refund or exchange
  • You'll find a free pre-paid returns label in your order but if you don't have one then you can create a QR code to take to your local Post Office by clicking here
  • Unfortunately the free returns label does not apply to Salcombe Gin products, which will need to be returned directly to Salcombe Gin at the address at the bottom of the page.

  • Attach the pre-printed Royal Mail label from your Despatch Note and take to a Post Office. Please ensure you obtain proof of purchase.
  • Your return will be processed within 10 working days of receipt

The small print
  • Unfortunately we're unable to reimburse the cost of any return postage paid directly or for any returns sent before free returns were offered
  • Salcombe Gin products may be returned if unopened and in their original packaging. They will need to be returned directly to Salcombe Gin at the following address: Salcombe Distilling Co., Unit B, Station Yard Industrial Estate, West Alvington Hill, Kingsbridge, TQ7 1ES. The return cost will be at your own expense unless the item is faulty.
  • Unless faulty, we are unable to accept the return of underwear.                                                    
  • Swimwear is only returnable if unworn, with the hygiene strip and original labels in place.                        
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.                                                                            
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.                                                                    
  • Where payment has been made via PayPal,If the new item you would like is of greater value, a new order will be required.                                                                                                          
  • Replacement items will be sent free of additional delivery charges.                                                                                                        
  • If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a multi-buy offer, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer. Alternatively the balance refunded will take into account the undiscounted price of the retained item/s.                                                             
  • In cases where Crew Clothing items have been purchased elsewhere, from a Department Store or independent stockist, we are unable to issue a refund/exchange.                                                                                                                        
  • If you’ve lost your receipt or despatch note, we can exchange items at the current selling price only.
