WAYS TO RETURN

Returns will be accepted within 28 days of receipt, where goods are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, no returns can be accepted on underwear. We can accept returns of swimwear where the hygiene strip is intact.

Extended Christmas Returns

We hope your purchase makes the perfect gift, but in case it isn’t quite right this time, you can rest easy knowing we’ve extended our returns policy. If accompanied by a receipt, all unworn items purchased from 23rd October can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 21st 2024. This includes full price items included in limited-time-offer (for example our Black Friday promotions) and multibuy offer promotions but is exclusive of Sale items. Sale items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase, and anything returned without a receipt can be exchanged at the current selling price.
