Aldringham Fleece Gilet

On opening, the product looked great and fitted well. However, after wearing just once, then washing as per the manufacturer’s instructions, it became really fluffy and bobbled - not the quality that I would expect from a Crew Clothing product. I called the Customer Services helpline, who told me that bobbling was to be expected - I disagreed, given I had literally worn and washed once. Sent pics to the Customer Service email and received return instructions straight away. Still awaiting a refund.
