Incorrect Sizing And Poor Customer Service
Your mens xl size is now smaller than it used to be by at least an inch either side so my partner who has been xl for 15 years now has to buy an xxl size in your brand (he is the same size he always has been in other brands). I purchased a coat for him for Christmas in the sale which was too small due to your change in sizing. I had to order an xxl replacement at full price and your customer services team refused to refund the difference. We have both been buying clothing from you for over 10 years but will no longer be doing so.
