Disappointed
Received the shirt in the usual plastic bag but when opened, found the shirt in a crumpled state. Buttons undone, with no separate plastic bag. It was in the appearance of a discarded rag! Very disappointed. We decided to keep it as it was to be given as a birthday present in a couple of days but had to wash and iron it and generally make it presentable. Very surprised and not in the usual condition from Crew Clothing. We did complain and was offered a ‘next day free delivery’ on our next order, which we thought was a very feeble offer.
