Sweatshirt
Products as always are excellent.
Customer service was awful!!! I had ordered two sweatshirts, one hadn't arrived. It took 15 days for you to tell me out of stock.
Prior to that email I called Customer Services to check on my order, they asked for name, 1st line of address and order No, all given. I was then asked for email and mobile No. I said no, as you could see my mobile No and email was not necessary. They refused to help!!!!!
I sent a further 4 emails and had no answer!!!
I have spent £100's with CCC, I won't be spending any more.
