Refund Process Takes Too Long

Received quickly, there was a fault on the collar so returned it and ordered another. Return process is seamless but obtaining a refund is very slow. I waited the stated 7 working days after Crew had received it and no credit. Called customer service who then issued a refund which took 5 working days. Not good enough, I might still be waiting if I hadn't called them!
