Customer Service Is Very Poor
I ordered 2 packs of socks and paid extra for fast delivery. One pack arrived in good time and I received notice that the other pack was delayed. I emailed to complain and it was made very clear by the responses that it didn’t matter to them. I’ve today received an email to say the other pack won’t be arriving. This is 20 days after placing the order!!!
The socks are ok but really not worth the hassle.
