Appalling Customer Sakes Service

Product is fine but trying to get in contact with customer services is dreadful . I was 12th in the telephone queue when I finally spoke to the call taker Ivwss told they would look into the remaining part of my order. No contact from customer services so I sent an email to them as I refused to wait on the phone again. Email sent to CS and I am still waiting for a reply to where my order is or my money back!! Not what I expect from Crew Clothing.
