1. ENTRY; NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase or payment of money is necessary to enter. Purchases will not increase chances of winning. 2. LIMIT OF THREE SPINS PER INDIVIDUAL ENTRY DURING GAME PERIOD. Contestants are limited to three spins per individual and per email address. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using different email addresses will be considered in violation of this rule and shall be disqualified and void. 4. PRIZES. 60 Crew Clothing polos will be awarded to random, computer-generated winners. Prizes that are not awarded by the end of the game period will not be awarded. Prizes have no cash value. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Crew reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. 5. DRAWING. Players will have an opportunity to spin the virtual wheel on the Crew Clothing website and winner(s) will be randomly selected depending on where the ticker stops on the virtual wheel. Upon winner, the customer must show a member of staff the winning ticker on the virtual wheel. Winner(s) must claim their prize at the Crew Polo Bar on the day that they win. Winners must abide by any validation process required by Crew. A valid email address is required to claim a prize. Any returned email will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player. The ‘authorized account holder’ is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorised account holder.
6. ELIGIBILITY. The Spin to Win game is open to individuals, residing within the United Kingdom, who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Entrants will not receive more than one prize per game period. Employees of Crew Clothing and its affiliates (agencies, cooperating advertisers, etc.) as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, grandparents, in-laws, grandchildren) or persons living within the same household as any of the foregoing (whether related or not) are ineligible. Each winner, if asked, must execute an affidavit that winner has complied with all rules and that winner consents that Crew and anyone else it may authorize may use winner's name, photograph or other likeness, biographical information and statements concerning the Spin to Win game without compensation for purposes of advertising and promotion.
All potential winning spins are subject to verification by Crew, whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the Spin to Win should so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning spin has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Crew will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any spin or win that occurs after our system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play and is void and will not be honored. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Crew may, at its discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prizes are the responsibility of the winners. By participating in the Spin to Win, entrants (and their parents/legal guardians if entrants are minors) unconditionally accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Crew Clothing, which shall be final in all matters. By participating, winners (and their parents/legal guardians if winners are minors) agree to hold Crew and its affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, employees and assigns (each, a ‘Released Party’) harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prizes. Crew reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Spin to Win game should virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Crew’s reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the instant spin game. Crew reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this spin game or to be acting in violation of these official rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Crew’s site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Spin to Win game may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Crew reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Crew’s failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If due to a computer programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than intended to be awarded, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all valid prize claims received.
