How was the sizing? True to size

Not Perfect

I ordered 2 items which the white T was true to size and immaculate. The cardigan I chose looked like it had been returned as it had bobbled slightly and was not what I would have expected from Crew. The cardigan was wrapped in a white thin paper that had disintegrated and lodged itself in the fibres whit was a nightmare and I had to hoover it to remove them. I sniped the bobbled fibres and kept the cardigan as it was true to size.

Never Received The T-shirt At The Size Ordered.

I ordered 2no T-shirts 6th May, size XL but one was sent L.. Your mistake. You refunded part order but I can no longer buy it for the price paid. I asked for an exchange NOT a refund but you simply wouldn’t do it. No good at all.

How was the sizing? Too small
