HOW DO I BROWSE & SEARCH FOR ITEMS ONLINE?
You can browse our collection or locate the product you specifically like by the following:
Using the menu bar at the top of the screen to navigate to the category you wish, such as Men’s or Women’s for example. You can then use the left hand navigation to locate a particular category, such as 'Shirts'. Once in the 'Shirts' category, you can view the full collection of Shirts. If you wish to refine the selection of shirts, you can use Sort By to list by price. You can also use Refine Options to refine the selection by both Size, Colour and Price.
Another useful way to search for products is by using our Search bar at the top of the screen. You can search via product code, product name, or category. Again, you can refine the results to sort by price or to display certain sizes or colours.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Once you have found the item you would like to buy, select the size and colour on the grid and then just click the Add to Bag button.
You’ll see the item has been added to your Shopping Bag. If you wish to see a summary of the products in your basket you can hover your mouse over the Shopping Bag which always remains at the top right hand corner of the screen. Alternatively you can click on the Shopping Bag and this will take you to your basket when you can edit the contents and enter promotion codes.
Once you've finished shopping you can either click on the Shopping Bag or you can click the Checkout button on the product page.
Once you're happy with the items in your basket click the red Checkout button and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you're an existing Crew customer please enter your email address and password and click the Sign In button. If you're new to Crew then you will need to register as a new customer by completing some personal details and a billing address. This will make it easier and quicker for you to order with us in the future.
Once you have either signed in or registered you will be at the Delivery & Payment stage. Here you can select your Delivery Option (we have 5 different options, including Collect in store which is free) and enter your credit/debit card details.
Once you have clicked the Order Now button your transaction will be processed completely securely. You will then receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.
HOW DO I VIEW OTHER PRODUCT COLOURS?
The Size and Colour selection grid on the product page displays all the sizes, colours and stock levels. To view an item in its different colours, simply click on the colour swatch shown in the grid. The appropriate colour product will then show in the main image box.
HOW DO I ZOOM IN TO SEE THE DETAIL OF A PRODUCT?
To zoom into a product or lifestyle image, simply hover the mouse over the image in the large box – you’ll see the zoom or close up of the product appear on the right hand side of your screen.
Alternatively, with one simple click on the image, you can see an enlarged view of that image.
You can only zoom in on the image that sits in the larger of the boxes, so if you’d like to zoom in on an image that is sitting in a box underneath the main image, simply click on the desired image and that image will then show in the main box. You can then simply do as detailed above, to zoom in on this new image.
IS THE PRODUCT COLOUR EXACTLY THE SAME IN REAL LIFE?
Every care has been taken to ensure the colours shown on the website and in our catalogues are an extremely close representation of the items. In some instances, there may be a very slight variation in colour. Similarly, every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct. If any details are incorrect or if the colour of the item isn’t as you’d thought from the catalogue or brochure, we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund for this item.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
We only charge for your order once the item you have ordered has been picked and despatched to you.

We charge everything in UK pounds and our International Delivery service is only available to credit card holders. Postage will be charged according to weight and destination. For more information about prices, please refer to the information on our Delivery section.
Customers in the European Union have the right under law to withdraw from the purchase of any item within 7 working days. This period starts the day after the item is received by you. To cancel your purchase within these 7 working days, please use the return mailing label at the bottom of your dispatch note.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS THE WRONG ONE, OR EVEN FAULTY?
If the item you receive isn’t the correct one, or is faulty, we will rectify this for you as quickly as possible. Please complete the form on the reverse of your despatch note, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, and return your parcel to us using the attached address label on the front of the despatch form. Please then reseal the item in it is original packaging. We advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and to keep the proof of postage.
