MEASURING GUIDE

1. COLLAR
Place tape measure just below your Adam’s Apple and measure the circumference of your neck.

2. CHEST
Place tape measure close up under your arms and measure around the fullest part of your chest.

3. WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline.

4. INSIDE LEG
Measure from the top of your inside leg down to your ankle.
