Great Customer Service And Jeans

Ordered online and given a delivery date. Trusted partner did not deliver on time. After 3 days I contacted customer service who were very apologetic and resolved the issue by sending another garment with a different delivery company who delivered within 2 days. Eventually the original pair were delivered and returned but both customer service team members were very helpful and polite. The actual jeans are a good fit and feel like they are constructed well
