Soft Fabric
Feels nice and soft to wear and is comfy. Bought two sizes and kept the smaller one. Wish the fitting was a bit shorter.

V-neck T-shirt
This was ordered three times before the t-shirt V neck was acceptable. The first V was twisted, the second had stripes misaligned the third, just about acceptable. Two wasted trips to the shop - time I could ill afford. Third time I called customer service who were very polite and helpful. I buy a lot from Crew so was very disappointed - why aren't products checked for quality before sending out?
Frankly I hate buying online but my local shop in Cobham generally has limited stock and sizes so there's no choice except to go online but then have the hassle and inconvenience of returns.
