COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Win a Cotswolds escape for two to Buckland Manor (VIP exclusive) 

 

1. There is one prize, which is an overnight stay at Buckland Manor for the winner and their guest, sharing a classic room, including a three course dinner in Buckland Manor’s restaurant, and breakfast the following morning
2. The prize can be taken between 1 February – 30 November 2026, excluding Saturday nights and peak dates including Valentine’s Day, Easter and Bank Holiday weekend
3. The prize is subject to availability
4. The prize is non-transferable
5. There is no cash alternative
6. Travel to and from Buckland Manor is not included 
7. The prize excludes anything in addition and any extras must be paid for on departure by the prize winner or their guest
8. The competitions closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 21 September 2025
9. Winner will be announced on 6th January 2025 and contacted by Crew.

The Promoter

Crew Clothing Company and Inghams Ski reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition rules at any time. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. All partners reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If the potential winner is unable to take the prize, the potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
 
Entrants

Employees of Crew Clothing Company and Inghams Ski or any company involved in the competition, members of their immediate family or household or close relatives, partners or friends are not eligible to enter the competition.
 
Entry is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland only. Entrants must be 18 or over. Only one entry is allowed per person. There is no purchase requirement to enter the competition.
 
To enter participants must visit the competition page ttps://www.crewclothing.co.uk/win-an-alpine-escape/ submit their details and provide the information on the entry form (including email address, first name and last name).
 
The Prize

The prize is for two adults and includes:

•             7-night stay at Highland Lodge Hotel, Geilo, Norway.
•             Half Board
•             Flights from London Gatwick and transfers to and from resort*
•             Lift passes and equipment hire included.
•             A £500 Crew Clothing Gift Card

Entries and Prize draw

The competition will end on 15/12/25 The winner will be drawn at random and notified by Crew Clothing HQ by email on or before the 19/12/25 using the contact details included on their entry. The winner will have 7 working days to confirm their acceptance of the prize, otherwise a new winner will be drawn at random.

The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If the potential winner is unable to accept the prize, the potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.

There is one prize to be won. Prize is valid between 21/12/25 and 01/03/26 (subject to availability). Blackout dates apply; the prize cannot be taken in peak season, i.e. school holidays, Christmas, New Year and Half Term - 21st/28th December 2025, and 15th February 2026

The prize excludes: travel insurance; the cost of any passports, visas, or travel documentation required for the prize winner to travel; *airport transfers between the prize winner’s home and the departure airport; personal spending money; tips;any food or drink outside of the hotel meal plan; or activities not mentioned in the prize description. Any additional taxes, costs and expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

The taking of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements as listed below - https://www.inghams.co.uk/legal/terms-conditions/booking-conditions

Crew Clothing Company, Inghams Ski and their affiliates are not liable for any accident, injury or loss incurred by the prize winner’s participation in prize travel and accommodation.
 
Publicity and Personal Data
Entrants agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) to release, defend and hold harmless Crew Clothing Company, and any partner involved, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, expenses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of or in connection with entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related activities. The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity; Crew Clothing Company reserves the right to use names of winners, their photographs and audio/visual recordings of them in publicity. Photos may be used in the press or online.

By entering this Competition, you agree that Crew Clothing Company, Inghams Ski and all their affiliates have the right to use all or a part of your entry (such as your name, address, email address, etc.) for future advertising, trade & promotion.
 
The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case or anticipation of, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Inghams in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
 
All partners’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

Only one entry is allowed per person. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware of software failure of any kind. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the correct contact details are provided on their entry.
 
Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified and entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition. By entering the contest, contestants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement.
