COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
12 days of Crewmas competition
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition rules at any time.
Employees of Crew Clothing Co., or any company involved in the competition or members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to enter the competition.
The Promotion is open to UK and ROI residents only. All participants must be aged 18 or over.
There is no purchase requirement to enter the competition.
To enter participants must follow @crewclothing and partnering brand, comment on the post featuring the competition and tag a friend on Crew Clothing’s social channels to be in with a chance of winning.
The competition gives 12 participants the chance to win various prizes. The competition will run from 1st December – 12th December.
There are twelve prizes to be won. The winners will be drawn at random. The winners will be notified on the following dates:
1 day of 12 days – 5th December
2 day of 12 days – 6th December
3 day of 12 days – 7th December
4 day of 12 days – 8th December
5 day of 12 days – 9TH December
6 day of 12 days – 10th December
7 day of 12 days – 11th December
8 day of 12 days – 12th December
9 day of 12 days – 13th December
10 day of 12 days – 14th December
11 day of 12 days – 15th December
12 day of 12 days – 16th December
Delivery of the prizes will be sent to the winners’ addresses. The prizes will be despatched within 10 working days of the competition date.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If the potential winner is unable to take the prize, they will be forfeiting any and all rights to the prize.
Crew Clothing Co., and all partners involved cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
The acceptance of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements.
Entrants agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) to release, defend and hold harmless Crew Clothing Co., and any partner involved, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, expenses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of or in connection with entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related activities.
The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity; Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to use names of winners, their photographs and audio/visual recordings of them in publicity. Photos may be used in the press or online.
The judges’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into. Multiple entries are allowed for the tag competition. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be regarded as proof of delivery.
Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified; by entering the competition, participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement.
Win a Padel Masterclass hosted by a pro
By entering this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

The contest gives participants the chance to win a pair of places on the padel masterclass on Friday 8th December and a tour of the National Tennis Centre.
The contest will run from Tuesday 24th October to Sunday 19th November 2023. There will be six winners. The winners will be notified by Crew Clothing via email.
The winners will be the winners drawn from all valid entries after the closing date and notified by email and each winner has 48 hours to respond before an alternative winner is chosen.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If a potential winner is unable to accept the prize, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.

The taking of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements as listed below.
