Very Bad Experience In Solihull Store

What a joke! I'm asked to give a review for something I didn't even collect, even though I tried to! I only went into Solihull to collect this top and on doing so was asked to show photo ID. I explained this was at the DVLA but I had a photo of it on my phone - not acceptable. I have no other photo ID but I did have other ID, my email order confirmation, which the sales girl refused to even look at! The young lady who I dealt with said my cards (with my name on) could have been found outside and then used to collect my order - are you serious! They could be used to purchase an item in store but collect an order, I don't think so. Asked for a refund (as don't know when my only photo ID will be available) and, wait for it, it had to be marked as collected to process the refund! I'm also on Crew's mailing list, so they already have my details but that's obviously no enough either!
