"Well Made Jacket"
Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. Absolutely loves it. I chose it for the spots being reflective, so sensible during the dark winter afternoons and a sensible length. Lovely snuggly hood and warm lining. Bought a size 7-8 even though my granddaughter is on 5 1/2 and it is a perfect fit.

"Lovely Coat, Poor Zip"
The coat itself is lovely and looks great. It seems nice and warm and my daughter was pleased with it. The reason for not giving it more stars is the zip which is terrible. It seems very poor quality. The first coat we had the zip broke within a week so we had to return it (meaning my daughter was without a winter coat for a week or so). The second one the zip has (so far) lasted longer but is really difficult to do up so my 6 year old daughter (who has been managing zips herself for ages) is unable to do it up herself. Not ideal when she needs to wear it to school. It seems too small and fiddly and not good quality so wouldn’t buy again

"Nice Coat, Poor Zip"
We had the same issue as other people have mentioned. Lovely coat but the zip on my daughter’s coat broke about the fifth time she wore it sadly.

"Poor Quality-not Even Worth The One Star I Have To Give!"
This is the second coat I have had in this design as the zipper broke on the first one. Same thing has happened on the replacement leaving my granddaughter once again without a winter coat.
