Issue Resolved

I am in essence reviewing the quality of service here, following an issue. We of course know the quality of the garments is high - however on this occasion I had an anomalous stitching imperfection. The returns/resolution process was SEAMLESS and I was skeptical, at best. I am amazed by the willingness of the customer service agents I spoke with, the speed of the replacement and a voucher to normalize my experience. Amazing!
