The #youincrew competition gives customers the chance to WIN £250 worth of items from crewclothing.com. The competition will run for 8 weeks from Wednesday 6th September 2017 – Sunday 17th December 2017.
Entries can be made from 6:06pm on 6th November to 12pm on Sunday 17th December 2017 by following the instructions on the relevant post on Crew Clothing Co.’s social media channels.
All entrants who upload an image of themselves to Instagram wearing Crew Clothing Co. and who include the hashtag #youincrew in the post will be included in the prize draw for a chance to win. Any posts made after the specified dates above will not be eligible for inclusion in the draw.
There is one prize to be won consisting of any Crew Clothing Co. full price items up to the value of £250. Delivery of the items will be to one address of the winner’s choice.
The winner will be drawn at random from all those who have commented by the closing date. The winner will be notified by 5pm on Wednesday 20th December 2017.
The prize will be despatched within 10 days of the competition date.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If the potential winner is unable to take the prize potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
Crew Clothing Co., and all partners involved cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
The taking of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements.
Entrants agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) to release, defend and hold harmless Crew Clothing Co., and any partner involved, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, expenses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of or in connection with entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related activities.
The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity; Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to use names of winners, their photographs and audio/visual recordings of them in publicity. Photos may be used in the press or online.
The judges’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into. Only one entry is allowed per person. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be regarded as proof of delivery. Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified; by entering the competition, competitors will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules.
