Expensive-looking, High Quality Leather Loafer Mules. True To Size.

High quality leather loafer mules. True to my usual size 6 and comfortable for my slightly wider foot. They look really smart and the deep blue is a versatile colour choice. Very pleased with them.

A Really Really Tight (unwearable) Fit

I am always a size 37, always. I had no qualms about buying these shoes online in a 37 (i.e. without trying them on) because a) I am always a 37, and b) they are open-backed so I knew there would be a little flexibility. What I had not factored in was that the enclosed section is so tight that I couldn’t put my foot into it. Which meant the shoes weren’t long enough. Having bought them for my father-in-laws birthday party the following weekend I simply didn’t have time to return them - so I endeavoured to use shoe stretchers. That has indeed worked, but not in time for the party - so I had to resort to an older, but comfortable, alternative.
